About Paula Pia

Paula Pia is the founder of Pia Margot. Paula is a Humanities graduate who worked in the healthcare management sector for many years. However, her heart has always been in fashion, growing up with 3 older sisters will do that to you!

Paula completed a masters in business with a particular emphasis on healthcare, retail and sustainability, and moved into operations management in the digital marketing space. While working in this area she became encouraged, together with her brilliant family and super marketing team of course, that her dream of owning an online boutique was a possibility!

Paula began the journey of near - sourcing a perfectly curated, ethically made clothing collection to make every woman feel beautiful.
